Most Cooking classes with lectures on methods run you $200 per class, and they require 20-30 people even to enroll. I am a small-group teacher who believes that the smaller the group, the better I can teach and the more time I can spend one-on-one. With that said, my classes are only $75 per person with a minimum of 5 people and a cap of 15 at one time.
